Our teams travel nationally to ensure the labor for your event is focused on the task at hand and maintains a professional atmosphere on the job site. We are the conduit between the client and the local crew that makes sure the job gets done while everyone involved is respected.

Labor Coordinator

A project specific administrative lead. Our labor coordinators are proven leaders with vast experience who are assigned to meet specific needs on each project. Taking into account their backgrounds and specialties, we ensure all of your project's labor priorities are covered.

Analyzes practical data and labor-driven project elements during pre-production to produce accurate, efficient labor estimates.
Manages labor budget directly with production. Consults to provide the most cost-effective solutions possible.
Provides direct oversite of our project team. Engages with Staging Coordinator to ensure the project efficacy. Works with local union to plan and verify crew hours, breaks, and responsibilities.

Staging Coodinator

Our Staging Coordinators are the engine that runs the crew directly. Highly-skilled in multiple areas of stagecraft, they drive efficiency in all departments. By actively engaging with all vendors and local departmental leads to ensure efficient workflow, they keep the project moving forward on-site. Their vast skillsets allow for immediate troubleshooting during installation, providing prompt quality-control as the project progresses.

Oversees and engages directly in the installation of all departments, providing immediate quality assurance and maintaining efficient workflow.
Coordinates with departmental vendors to assess labor needs and repurpose local crew when necessary.
Reports potential challenges to the Labor Coordinator to address as necessary, collaborating to proactively remediate inefficiencies.
